Life is 100% About Happiness, And To Be Happy You Must Be Healthy

You are a unique individual

There is no one quite like you

We all have different strengths, weaknesses, desires, and needs.

The way I move and think is distinctively different from anyone. Some individuals are quad-dominant, while others are hamstring-dominant. Some have great hip mobility/range of motion, while others suffer from poor ankle mobility. Some like almonds; while others are allergic.

I think you get the idea.

I don’t believe in meal plans due to inferior long term results when compared to flexible dieting. While I can immensely help and empower you I want you to know that most individuals can’t do it alone. We not only need a plan of action and the right guidance, but motivation and accountability. I’m here to give you all of that.

Enjoy Social Events With Friends and Family Without Feeling Guilty

There’s nothing worse than feeling like you can’t go out with friends because you’re afraid you’ll make bad choices surrounding your nutrition.

I’m here to inform you it doesn’t have to be this way. Integrating such events into your life is a must! Without friends and family what do we have? Can you make smart decisions and stay social?

I’m here to tell you, yes you can! The key is having the tools necessary to navigate your way through any social situation without feeling like you’re going to gain weight.

I have tools to help you with this!

Cardio Exercise Is Way Overrated

And when used solely it doesn't produce the toned look everyone is wanting to achieve.

Simply stated, cardio isn’t going to give you more muscle. It’s not going to make you stronger. As the title suggests, by itself it’s not going to give you the toned body most desire.

In America, most need to lose fat, gain muscle and increase strength. The only way to accomplish these goals is through integrating resistance training into your normal routine. In other words, pick up some weights and lift the iron! This can be intimidating, but I’m here to stand by your side through guidance of correct and proper form.

This isn’t to say that you should never perform cardio because you will. However, cardio is meant to supplement your weight training not the other way around. These statements aren’t my opinion, they are proven through the use of science.

Your Daily Chocolate Fix?

Yes, that can stay

Look, I know how it is. Just like you, I like to enjoy ice cream, and I do! You just have to be conscious about proportions and frequency.

Everyone says if you ever want to lose weight you can’t eat any sugar. They say sugar is the devil. Likewise, they tell you to stay away from different foods such as cookies and sugary treats. I’m here to inform you that it doesn’t have to be this way. In other words, you can enjoy some treats every day and still succeed in your weight loss and fitness goals.

Your diet doesn’t have to be so rigid that you can never indulge in anything sweet. These rigid diets don’t ever produce long term results anyways. We’re in this together to make lifelong changes, not a yo-yo diet that lasts for 6 weeks and then you become too overwhelmed and go back to bad habits.

Education is key and I have done my research and lived these common mistakes enough times to know what works and what doesn’t. You have to learn to enjoy yourself through the journey, it’s a must if you want to succeed!

Fitness Should Revolve Around Your Life - Not The Other Way Around

That’s what it all comes down to.

That’s what it all comes down to. I’m here to free you from the chains of a strict fitness regimen and allow you to have your cake and eat it, too. What do I mean by this? Less time exercising while being able to achieve superior results compared to your peers. That may sound bogus to some, but I have the track record to prove otherwise (see testimonials). I will educate you about how to get lean and stay lean year round– all while partaking in life’s greatest festivities, whatever that means to you individually.
