Look, I know how it is. Just like you, I like to enjoy ice cream, and I do! You just have to be conscious about proportions and frequency.
Everyone says if you ever want to lose weight you can’t eat any sugar. They say sugar is the devil. Likewise, they tell you to stay away from different foods such as cookies and sugary treats. I’m here to inform you that it doesn’t have to be this way. In other words, you can enjoy some treats every day and still succeed in your weight loss and fitness goals.
Your diet doesn’t have to be so rigid that you can never indulge in anything sweet. These rigid diets don’t ever produce long term results anyways. We’re in this together to make lifelong changes, not a yo-yo diet that lasts for 6 weeks and then you become too overwhelmed and go back to bad habits.
Education is key and I have done my research and lived these common mistakes enough times to know what works and what doesn’t. You have to learn to enjoy yourself through the journey, it’s a must if you want to succeed!

- 20+ years of age
- Desire to lose weight and build muscle – As stated earlier, you will be lifting weights if you train with me. This is non-negotiable.
- A willingness to track nutrition – Education is a must. You must understand the foods you’re eating in order to achieve goals.
- Have the ability to take constructive criticism – I’m a coach, not a cheerleader. Any tough love given is in your best interest.
